Shashidhar Infracon was founded in 1994 by Mr.Shashidhar Reddy, a respected name in Bangalore and Hyderabad real estate. Recognizing the potential of land as cities expanded, we began acquiring parcels on the outskirts, building strong relationships with local. The company focused solely on land aggregation, avoiding the crowded retail market, and understanding that securing quality land is a key challenge. Shashidhar Infracon partnered with various brands to provide land for joint, highlighting their commitment to growth.
